About Your New Role
At Netquest, we are looking for a Head of Sales to join our team in Mexico, who is eager to take on a key strategic role within the organization. This position drives sales of our AI and Consumer solutions for Mexico and Colombia, as well as overall growth of both existing and new accounts, ensuring a sustainable long-term pipeline and strong client relationships.
Your responsibilities will include:
Develop a strategic understanding of the industry and our current and potential clients’ businesses in Mexico and Colombia, anticipating their needs and proactively aligning our solutions.
Maintain strong relationships with the C-Suite and other senior executives of strategic clients.
Generate and qualify strategic leads to increase the overall sales pipeline.
Design sales strategies for untapped areas (white space) and for client recovery (win-back).
Strategically expand the network of potential clients to identify new budget holders.
Lead and inspire business development teams in sales, enhancing their skills and improving their experience.
Produce accurate sales forecasts and monitor opportunities to ensure sustainable growth.
