As a crucial member of our Data team, the BI Analyst will play a key role in leveraging data and analytics to drive informed decision-making across the organization. The selected candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze complex datasets, and provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and support strategic initiatives.

We are currently working on developing a robust data strategy within Netquest, so we are looking for someone who enjoys working in a team environment and interacting with different people and departments, understanding their needs, sharing decisions with the team, and explaining data solutions to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Data understanding and analysis:

• Gain a deep understanding of organizational data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to enable data-driven decision-making.

• Analyze large and complex datasets, identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies to extract meaningful insights.

• Use advanced data analysis tools such as SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.

Business information needs:

• Collaborate with management to prioritize and address business information needs through data analysis and reporting solutions.

Reporting and dashboard development:

• Develop and maintain user-friendly dashboards in BI tools such as Superset, QlikSense, or Tableau, providing stakeholders with real-time access to actionable insights.

Data quality and consistency:

• Identify and address data inconsistencies, working closely with data engineers to ensure compliance with data quality policies.

Collaboration and communication:

• Work collaboratively with other members of the Data team, including Data Scientists and Data Engineers, to optimize data processes and enhance data-driven decision-making.

• Effectively communicate insights and findings to internal and external stakeholders, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
